In general, most tees and sweatshirts are screen printed, while most collared uniforms are embroidered. Some team uniforms are heat pressed and hats can run the gamut including adhering patches, puff embroidery, or screen printing up to two colors.

There are six factors that will determine the price of your custom apparel. 

1. Number of garments

2. Type of garments

3. Print readiness of the "art"

4. Number of locations to be customized 

5. Number of color-prints per location for screen printing OR the number of stitches for embroidery

6. Turn around time

Other charges to be determined are:

Screens: For screen printing, each color in every location will be charged a one-time screen fee

Art: Charged at $60 an hour, most print-ready art still requires $5 per location and an additional $2 per every color for "trapping" and color separating the art. For embroidery, the art must be digitized and it can run from $60-$100.

Shipping: Charges will be determined based on the location of facilities and turn around time, to be determined on a job by job basis.

Below is a pricing guide based on the number of colors and the number of garments to be printed, plus t-shirt samples. So for example, if you want 12 shirts with a one-color front and a two-color back your price to print per shirt would be $2 + $2.80 = $4.80.
